Covid-19 - Entry to Thailand

In light of decreasing Covid-19 figures, and realizing the need for additional tourism, Thailand has eased pandemic-related entry requirements. Now, travelers need to comply with the following: 

Vaccinated travelers 

  • Valid passport
  • Valid Thailand pass (http://tp.consular.go.th/)
  • Insurance policy covering the treatment of Covid-19 with a coverage of at least USD 10,000 (members in the Thai Social Security (Thais and foreign nationals) are exempted from this requirement)
  • Covid-19 Vaccination (at least two accepted shots of the vaccine, or one short of the vaccine and a certificate of Covid-19 recovery)

Unvaccinated travelers

  • Valid passport
  • Valid Thailand Pass
  • Insurance policy covering the treatment of Covid-19 with a coverage of at least USD 10,000 (members in the Thai Social Security (Thais and foreign nationals) are exempted from this requirement)
  • Evidence of a booked quarantine stay of 5 days
  • Evidence of a prepaid RT-PCR test
Please note: Unvaccinated travelers can be exempted from the quarantine requirement if they can provide evidence of a negative RT-PCR test result.
