Insights 5-year duration EP

5-year duration EP

As of 1 September 2023, experienced tech professionals with skills in shortage may apply for a longer 5-year duration EP.
  
To be eligible, EP applicants will need to meet the following criteria: 
  
  1. fill specific tech occupations on the COMPASS Shortage Occupation List* (“SOL”); and 
  2. earn a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 10,500 (the salary required increases with age, up to a maximum of $13,500 at age 45+); and 
  3. pass COMPASS with a score of at least 10 points on Criterion 3 (Diversity).
  
*The first SOL will be announced in March 2023.
