Rödl & Partner advises Aladdin Technology on investment in neoLab

​​​Stuttgart​, 7 July 2025: Rödl & Partner advised Shanghai Aladdin Bio-Chem Technology Co., Ltd. („Aladdin Technology“) on its investment in neoLab Migge GmbH („neoLab“). Through a successful capital increase round, Aladdin Technology participated in neoLab as a strategic investor.

Rödl & Partner advised Aladdin Technology comprehensively on legal, tax and financial aspects with an international expert team. Jiawei Wang, Head of the Rödl & Partner China Desk, was the leading partner of whole transaction team and executed contract negotiations on behalf of the investor. Claudia Geercken headed the legal advisory, which included due diligence, transaction documen­tation, and regulatory approvals. Dr. Melanie Köstler was responsible for the tax due diligence. Alexander Awan advised the client on financial aspects, including financial due diligence review. ​
