Rödl & Partner with its GPSA partner advises GyanSys on the acquisition of SouthEnd in Argentina and Brazil

Buenos Aires and São Paulo, July 2022: Rödl & Partner, in cooperation with ECIJA Argentina (GPSA member) and MCS Markup (trusted partner in Brazil), assisted GyanSys Inc., headquartered in Indiana, USA, on the acquisition of SouthEnd Group Corporation, headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina. GyanSys acquired SouthEnd to expand both the SAP Ariba Practice and the coverage across geographic regions.
