Rödl & Partner Romania advises Austrian Group KUHN within the acquisition of MARCOM

Bucharest, Romania, 24.3.2022: Rödl & Partner successfully assisted the Austrian Kuhn Group, a dynamic market player leading strategic areas of construction machinery, with the acquisition of Marcom RMC'94 SRL, a Romanian family company. Marcom RMC'94 SRL is one of most important distributors in the field of construction and industrial equipment operating on the Romanian market. Rödl & Partner's professionals provided the complete mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory throughout all stages of the transaction. The transaction shaped as an opportunity for Kuhn Group to explore new strategic locations and expansion into emerging attractive international markets.

Rödl & Partner's assignment included legal assistance on all stages of the acquisition process – due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, closing – as well as tax and financial assistance on the due diligence process.
