We support you as a buyer in the purchase price negotiations so that you achieve the best possible result. Our services include scenario analyses, negotiation strategy, participation in negotiations and the drafting of financial clauses in purchase agreements, such as purchase price mechanisms or earn-out clauses.

In addition, the vendor due diligence or factbook reduces the burden on the seller in the due diligence phase and ensures a faster and more efficient transaction process.
Our transaction experts prepare you for discussions and negotiation meetings with prospective buyers, and compile or prepare the necessary financial information. We work with you to develop negotiation strategies and valuation scenarios and, if needed, also support you in contract negotiations.
Are you planning a capital increase or refinancing? Debt capital providers, whether banks or debt funds, need extensive information. As part of our refinancing due diligence, we analyse the areas of interest to the debt capital providers, process this information and present it in a transparent and fact-based manner. We thus enable an efficient financing process. This lets us identify and, where possible, eliminate or communicate to you financial issues that could be detrimental to financing at an early stage as part of our examination activities.
