The world of work is becoming increasingly dynamic, and the frequently cited shortage of skilled workers poses major challenges for many companies. One solution could be to expand the search for and recruitment of employees to the international market.

“Employers of Record” (EoR) offer a flexible and efficient way to operate in the global labor market without having to set up a foreign subsidiary. 

However, in order to successfully implement the recruitment of employees from abroad, companies must take various aspects into account, including (inter)national compliance requirements, welfare obligations, talent management, HR processes, the preservation of corporate culture and, last but not least, a multitude of legal and tax aspects.
