Conditions of participation

Once your registration has been received, you are registered as a participant and will receive written confirmation.

For chargeable events, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the event. After that, half of the seminar costs must be paid. If you cancel one day or more before the event, we will charge the full seminar costs. We will be happy to accept a replacement participant at no extra cost.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme for urgent reasons. I accept the conditions of participation for the event. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme or cancel the event. If it is not possible to hold the event due to force majeure, the inability of a speaker to attend, technical faults or insufficient numbers of participants, the participants will be informed immediately.
