Rödl & Partner advised the founders of AMANA on the acquisition by LucaNet

Munich, 21.3.2023: Rödl & Partner has exclusively advised the founders of AMANA Consulting GmbH, a leading software provider for financial reporting and tax solutions in Europe, on the exit to LucaNet AG, a portfolio company of Hg. Both parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details. The AMANA founders were comprehensively financially advised by an interdisciplinary Rödl & Partner M&A team. The overall project management, including the purchase price negotiations, was carried out by Partner Björn Stübiger and Associate Partner Atanas Petkov. Partner Matthias Zahn was responsible for the preparation of a financial factbook.

Comprehensive legal and tax advice was provided by the YPOG team led by Stephan Bank and Stefan Witte. In the area of antitrust/foreign trade law, AMANA was advised by Commeo under the leadership of Isabel Oest.

After many years of successful partnership in the area of Disclosure Management, AMANA's joining the LucaNet Group is the next step in further deepening the cooperation and expanding the success internationally and thus represents an important milestone in the global growth strategy of both companies.
