Dr. Barbara Klaus was awarded as “Food lawyer of the Year” at the Legal Community IP&TMT Awards

Milan, Italy, 10 May 2016Dr. Barbara Klaus, partner at Rödl & Partner, was awarded as “Food lawyer of the Year” at the Legal Community Awards which took place in Milan on May 9, 2016.

The award was assigned by an external jury made up of general counsels of leading Italian and multinational companies. The jury awarded Dr. Klaus with the prize recognizing her specialization in European and International Law, and particularly her expertise in food law in the European Union and Member States. She provides legal and strategic advice, as well as representation in litigation, to National and International enterprises in the food industry, also trade associations.
