Statutory Auditor (Poland), Partner

Therese Baginski is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. She was awarded the title of statutory auditor in 2005. She has been with Rödl & Partner since 1992 when she started to work in the head office in Nuremberg. She took over the management of the Wroclaw office in 1997 and has run it ever since. Ms Baginski is also in charge of the audit departments in Gliwice, Cracow and Wroclaw, and of the accounting and the corporate & tax law department in Wroclaw. She became a partner in 2004.

Ms Baginski has many years of hands-on experience as a statutory auditor carrying out projects which have covered consulting and controlling in companies of all sizes and industries. She advises and audits subsidiaries of parent companies from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and many more. Ms Baginski has worked with over a hundred German-speaking companies in Poland. She speaks German and Polish.

After hours she likes to cook, read books and watch movies. She also enjoys hiking and horse riding.

Tax Adviser (Poland), Attorney at Law (Poland), Partner

Marcin Jamroży has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and the Faculty of Economics of Enterprises at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). Mr Jamroży has a post-doctoral degree in economics (2015) and a PhD in law (2004). He is also an assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been with Rödl & Partner since 1997 and has been co-managing the Warsaw and Gdansk offices since 2013. 

Mr Jamroży has been involved in numerous projects concerning international business restructuring, the choice of the form and location for investments, or the development of transfer pricing policies and documentation. He speaks Polish, German and English. He has authored over 100 publications on taxation of businesses. In 2009 Mr Jamroży received a distinction in the ranking by Gazeta Prawna in the categories of "international tax law" and "tax optimisation".  He is a member of the Polish Tax Law Consultation Council and the State Examination Board for Tax Advisers. Since 2015 he is a chairman of the tax commission in the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Poland). 

Mr Jamroży devotes his spare time to sports and recreation.

Tax Adviser (Poland), Partner

Renata Kabas-Komorniczak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the British Centre for European and English Law Studies and the American School of Law (University of Florida). She has also completed doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.  She has gained professional experience working for international tax consulting firms. Ms Kabas-Komorniczak has been with Rödl & Partner since 2004 when she started as BPO manager in Warsaw. She has been co-managing the Warsaw and Gdansk offices of Rödl & Partner since 2013 and became a partner in 2014. Ms Kabas-Komorniczak manages process improvement projects and is a licenced Lean Practitioner of the Lean Enterprise Institute.  

She has authored a number of books and publications on tax and social security law. She has also participated in drafting expert analyses and opinions on tax law for the lower chamber of Polish Parliament (Sejm). Ms Kabas-Komorniczak works as an Interim Finance Manager of manufacturing and IT companies and implements finance modules in ERP systems. Currently, Ms Kabas-Komorniczak appears as an expert on TVN. He speaks Polish, German and English. 

After hours she plays bridge, piano, listens to jazz, reads detective stories and runs.

Statutory Auditor (Poland), Partner

Magdalena Ludwiczak is a graduate of the Faculty of Administration at the University of Economics in Poznan. She was awarded the title of statutory auditor in 2003. She has been with Rödl & Partner since 1998. In 2008 Ms Ludwiczak was promoted to Associate Partner and took over the management of the audit department in Poznan. Two years later she was appointed a partner. In 2012 she took over the leadership of the entire audit department of Rödl & Partner Poland. She has been co-managing the Poznan office of Rödl & Partner since 2012. Ms Ludwiczak is in charge of comprehensive financial statement audits, training delivery and other attestation services performed by Rödl & Partner's auditors.

In more than ten years of work she carried out a number of financial statement audits. Ms Ludwiczak specialises in advising and auditing subsidiaries of foreign businesses, company transformation and financial due diligence projects. Thanks to her excellent German command, she has become the direct contact person for numerous German-speaking clients.

Magdalena Ludwiczak spends her spare time pursuing her passions of skiing and travelling.

Attorney at Law (Poland), Partner

Aneta Majchrowicz-Bączyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Foreign Language College at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. For six years she worked at a law firm in Poznan to join Rödl & Partner in 2004. She became a partner at Rödl & Partner in 2010. At present, Ms Majchrowicz-Bączyk co-manages the Poznan office of Rödl & Partner and is in charge of the corporate and tax law department and the state aid department in Poland. Additionally, she leads the M&A department and participates in working groups for renewable energy sources.

Ms Majchrowicz-Bączyk specialises in real estate trade, contract law and corporate law. She further specialises in advising on and participating in negotiations, debt collection, and legal representation in civil lawsuits. Her excellent command of German allows her to provide comprehensive legal services to foreign clients. Aneta Majchrowicz-Bączyk speaks also English.

Her passions include skiing and contemporary literature. 

Partner

Liliane Preusser studied law and economics at the Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg. She gained her professional experience in one of the Big Four companies in Düsseldorf. She has been with Rödl & Partner for over 20 years and has been a partner since 2005.  Ms Preusser runs the offices in Cracow and Gliwice.  She is in charge of the finance and payroll outsourcing of Rödl & Partner Poland and manages more than 150 well-qualified specialists. 

She specialises in advising enterprises from German-speaking countries and carrying out payroll and finance accounting projects. She speaks Polish and German. In 2009 Outsourcing Magazine called Ms Preusser one of the 100 most influential people in the Polish outsourcing market. In addition to her professional activity she participates in cultural events, especially those that promote German culture in Poland as part of the town twinning of Nuremberg and Cracow. 

Personally, Ms Preusser is interested in interior decoration and gardening, and spends her spare time reading books or skiing.
