The beginning of 2016 obliges employers to fill out documents concerning the annual tax accounting of employees. These documents include annual PIT 11 and PIT 8C reports.

The reports of 2015 should be ready by 31 January or 29 February 2016 at the latest. Compiling those reports often prompts doubts about correct classification of certain revenues. Other problems may occur in accounting for income received by employees because some of it needs to be recognised as benefits received free of charge or tax-exempt income. There are also new rulings of administrative courts on company cars used by employees and on accommodation and other benefits.

Furthermore, the lawmakers have updated the report forms.

In order to meet your expectations and help you solve the problems with annual tax returns we have prepared a training seminar on "How to fill out PIT 11 and PIT 8C reports properly"?
